What is it?
An empowering, yet soft and therapeutic yoga class that gives you mental strength and self-belief on your journey of self-discovery. As a result of the practice, the body finds its suitable and optimal internal rhythm, and a healthy and happy state of being.
Movement happens freely and flowingly in the rhythm of the breath; smooth movement is beneficial for the heart and the well-being of the whole organism. The exercises improve physical capability and coordination; the body becomes more flexible, supple, stronger, and posture improves. Continuous practice eliminates muscle tension, improves blood circulation and digestion, and helps you breathe deeper and more freely. Deep stretches give the body extra tone.
The class concludes with relaxation/meditation in healing sounds. The vibrational frequencies of gongs, singing bowls, and wind chimes calm the nervous system and recharge you with fresh energy.
With the help of therapeutic yoga exercises and healing sounds, the skill of relaxation develops, and stress and anxiety recede. Energy moves freely and easily in a tension-free body, improving the overall well-being of the body.
The class is of moderate intensity, requires no prior preparation, and is suitable for everyone, including complete beginners.
