My Journey

Dian (formerly Dian Suhartati) is a Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher certified in 2023. She originally began her yoga journey in Jakarta in 2018, discovering how it fostered strength, confidence, and self-awareness. Since relocating to Tallinn in 2025, she has been inspired to share this journey, helping others connect with their bodies and find balance through mindful Vinyasa flows.

With a diverse background that includes working as an accredited Indonesian classical dance assessor and a Digital Marketing specialist, Dian brings a unique, multifaceted perspective to her teaching. Her classes are dynamic and supportive, focusing on safe arm balances, core stability, and joint-friendly modifications, enabling both beginners and advanced students to progress at their own pace.

My Philosophy

Teaching Vibe: Confident. Supportive. Empowering. My goal is to create a space where you can build strength and stability, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing. Off the mat, I recharge by cooking, sewing, taking nature walks, and spending quiet moments with my family—simple joys that bring balance to my teaching.
